I know that there is a formula for figuring all this out, and was wondering if someone could give it to me.
I am running a laptop computer on my boat.
I have a 450 watt inverter.
My battery has 205min/115AH
My laptop draws 4.0 amps.
First of all is my inverter large enough and secondly how long can I expect my laptop to run (If the engine is not running and the battery is not being charged)?
How is all this figured out so I can figure out what I need if i want to add more equipment that runs off 110 volts?
