iPad mount

What is everyone using to mount iPads to boat dash?
I have a suction cup cradle but in rough seas it will slide out and obviously in rough seas it is hard to get back in.

Suggestions with model number appreciated.
I have a iPad 3.

I have the same iPad and use the Ram Mount model RAM-B-138-AP8U. It is currently selling for $42 on Amazon.

Sea sucker. Vacuum mount system. Works great.

Thanks. Been looking at ram mounts. Just not sure what type to use.
