I just read on a thread here that fogging is "old school". I also read this on another board that a boater's trusted mechanic says fogging is not necessary. I'm not sure why though.
What do you guys think? In a modern engine (say 2000+) with EFI, RWC, etc is fogging needed? If not, why not?
