Hi Folks,

We are looking for a marina in central to northern NJ with transient slips with a pool and a town to travel to. We were planning on AC and Cape May but with the surge in gas prices we are refining the trip. We are coming from the south shore of LI. We are interested in LB island it's close to the beach but haven't seen any good Marinas in my search. I was hoping for some good insode info. We are looking at the 2nd week in August and will be 3 boats 34-37' and 12.6 beam.

Beach Haven Yacht Club

Or more north - Point Pleasant Area - Not allot of marinas close to the beach but a cab ride away.
 
I really like Beach Haven Yacht Club but they don't have a pool. They do provide beach tags and free bicycles.
 
Morrisons marina- No pool, but within walking distace to the beach, bars and restruants. The Black Whale, (paddle type boat), makes AC runs from the pier next store.
