Hard to believe, the water threw here runs around 6 knots.

You are correct about the heavy flow through that cut. With the current 30 day forecast, we'll probably see the bay freeze over this year down at the bay bridge. I don't think I've seen people walking on ice under the bay bridge since the 70's.
