Keys vs. Bahamas

Let me begin by thanking everyone for your infinite wisdom, per most of your recommendations, I am aborting the March Bahama trip with my family and heading down toward The Keys, Since my home port is Cocoa, I can duck back in to the inside if it gets ugly. First question, do the Keys compare to the Bahamas with regard to the beauty and the water color? Does anyone have any advice on great spots and a Marina to stay a night in near Key Largo. And finally I will be able to make the Stuart area on day one, any anchorage secrets in the ICW around there. Thanks again,
