I am in the process of mounting a 8 hp short shaft kicker motor on a '96 bayliner 1952 cl. It came with a OMC (up to 15 hp) hydraulic bracket. Anyone have a tip for me? When in the down position, how far is too far down into the water?.....That's a setup for a joke, but seriously. Any help would be great. Thanks!
