I recently purchased a used Origo stove (thanks Joe!) but found it was missing a flame diffuser. Checked out the Origo site and found they will supply these free of charge to Origo owners. I emailed them and in less than a week 2 arrived in my mailbox. It's nice to know there are customer oriented companies that still exist and also have great product.
