How many of you use and recomend the performance metals anodes. I was going to buy their kit I just want to make sure it will adiquitly protect my drive. also how well does the ware indicator work? I have the mercruiser prop nut retrofit kit for pre 2003 drives will it be ok to use the aluminum performance metals anodes with the aluminum oem ( I actully it is a martyr aluminum anode)prop nut retrofit kit anode as the anode will not be same brand?
