This is our last weekend as we're scheduled to pull on Sunday. If the weather is decent we will try to make it over to the bay for one last cup of bisque. Anyone else thinking about heading over?

I'm trying to get mine baack to Eastlake for storage. I'm hoping to be able to run it this weekend...if not, I'll have to take a day off when the weather looks good. It's aboout a 3.5 hour run, and I'd rather have relatively calm water for that.

In Ashtabula we had our first pull on 10/10 and our final pull is this Saturday. I came out on 10/10 and I wrapped it on the 14th. Even though the weather wasn't the greatest this year we managed to put on 69 hours and traveled a total of 833 miles and ONLY burned 993 gallons of gas.:) Overall I thought it was a good year.

I've been watching the forcast, though I'm not sure why as they are rarely even close! They just changed the forcast on Sat. to 7-10 foot then back to 1-3 for Sun. Figure that out. I'm sure they will change it again by tomorrow night. Good luck with the trip.

I am spending my last night on the boat tonight in Huron. I will winterize tomorrow and pull early Sunday morning.

Kenny, looks like maybe Sunday afternoon if you hug the shoreline. Winds SW - S.
Good luck

It's over for me. JETLAG was hauled out this morning at 10 AM. She is now wrapped and blocked for the winter. Let the count down to launch begin.

Well, I didn't make it out Sat. night like I'd hoped. We ended up staying in and started pulling boats at 7:00 this morning. Just quit for the night and I'm bushed. Still a little left to do but enough for one day!

Got The Dog House back to Eastlake yesterday (Tuesday) on an almost flat lake. Took a little less than 3 hours and burned 30 gallons of fuel...gotta love 4 cylinders :-)
