Ok. My wife told me to get some jet skis for father's day! Yippie! 
What kind do you have, what year are they/is it? Which would you recommend to buy?
I am looking for something probably year 2000 or newer, but not brand new. 2-3 seater. I want one fast and fun...wife wants one stable and safe....i guess i'll be riding circles around her. lol. Kids are q few years away from really riding jet skis and stuff, so primarily i am looking for something (probably a pair) for my wife and i to play on when we are out solo and/or most importantly, a real fun one for me to blow off steam. Of course, i would never, ever take it out during the weekday for a long lunch if it is sunny and hot out...no, i would never, ever do that.
All i know abotu jetskis are the few times i have been on them i have had a blast. One of the ones my friend rides has a reverse which seems nice.
I think/assume 2 seaters are faster so i am leaning towards a 2 seater for me for the speed and a bigger 3 seater for my wife to feel safe on.
Oh yeah...an acquaintance of mine has a pair of seadoos for sale. one a year 2000, one a year 2001. both 130 hp, dual trailer included. What do you all think the ballpark price for that set up should be, assuming excellent shape and "low" hours? Most importantly, how do the different brands compare to each other?
