Looks like they super imposed the water lines on to a google map from sometime last winter. I can tell because of how my boat is blocked up and the old street by my dock. The town repaved the street this past summer.
 
Thanks, Adam, it worked.
But when I looked at my brother's waterfront house in Islip it showed his property dry. Wish he knew that as he had 12' of water in his basement.
I guess it's an estimation of land height.

It appears that East and West Fire Islands were completed covered. Does anyone know how those home fared?
