So whats up with this?
I was just watching HLN, a channel I hate but the words Long Island Serial Killer caught my eye. They found 4 bodies near Oak Beach after 18 months. Makes you wonder how noone saw them.

unreal.
 
Everybody knew there were bodies buried at the OBI
 
Newsdays said.....all 4 where out of town women escorts from Craigslist. They said the bodies where only 6' off the pavement of the west bound roadway of Ocean Parkway.....by Gilgo Beach ?? Hard to believe no one seen them from the road....all this time ??????...... WTF

The bodies were in burlap bags, so if you are doing 60mph and you are looking out the window, its kinda hard to see. it just looks like trash.
 
You don't get too much pedestrian traffic over there. You never see anyone walking down ocean parkway. Tough to spot by car. Add in the steady breezes and the low tide smell it would be hard to notice. The seagulls are always picking at something as well. Hidden in plain sight.

It wouldn't shock me if the one prostitute that was spotted over there isn't one of the corpses. That part of the highway is literally the end of the road. I bet they were all killed elsewhere and dumped after a long ride. We'll see.
 
What could make someone hate cereal so much?
 
I read this story on-line a couple of days ago. I immediately started to think about which one of you guys did it... ;-)
 
Last I read, they have a lead (first name) and believe the guy lives locally to where the bodies were dumped.
 
Yeah... there is no crime in Florida![:-smile_green]

I heard it is a guy who flies to Wisconsin or somewhere in the mid-west frequently to avoid detection.
 
I've stopped along the road in those exact spots over the past year. I do a lot of photography and very often take shots of wildlife, the bay, etc. in that area. Scary thought to know there were bodies all around me!
