Lost a mooring?

Must be the season. An older 45' boat sank just outside the entrance to St. Pete muni marina. As far as I know it is still on the bottom.
 
Because once beached this is thing is worth nothing and it would cost more to haul it out than it s worth...

Love how the press describe a 45 trawlers as a luxury yacht :) and gee... It even has antenas and solar panels. Imagine that!

None of those highly educated in americas finest colleges journalists were able to look up the name and homeport and found out who owned it.

Wonder when they came up with the $200k estimate...
 
I think it's on naval grounds-may be holding off salvaging it.
