Lowrance HDS 10

The boat I bought over the summer came with a Lowrance HDS 10, seems like a good unit.

The lower soft buttons do not work. Any suggestions on a fix, and or can you suggest someplace that fixes this issue?

I have called Lowrance and received less then helpful information.

There's just a slight possibility that the problem isn't mechanical, and instead the software isn't sensing the button 'push'. Before I did anything else I'd try a master reset to the factory defaults just to see if that corrects the issue. Probably won't, but it doesn't cost you anything.

Can't help you with a tech... will Lowrance look it over and give you an estimate?
