Lunch Time View Today

Dan - you seem a little concerned with the hectic traffic situation!

Riverbed we're dilegently working on that. When we arrived back at the marina in Marsh Harbour we stopped off for a snack at Curley's and had a couple of drinks with some conch fritters at the seats overlooking the marina we are at.

Dan, you need to slow down, the stress is going to kill you. By the way, a lot of us will soon drive a BOAT for the first time in 4 months.

Bill you're so right. When we took Freedom down to Pete's Pub in Little Harbour a while ago the business of getting through North Bar (seriously it is notorious) and mooring Freedom had me jumping through hoops.

Why?

This is a question I ask myself every time I see the many posts of beutiful cruising grounds, especially yours Dan. The rest of the question above is:

Why do I still live in NY?

MJK

I hear you Mike and if it was up to us we'd be here alot longer. At least we have a shot at going next year if Obama doesn't tax us to death.

Leaving T&C.

Freighter that "may" have run aground on the reef at some point. The real story was being kept hush hush. :-)

Capt. Bill,,,,,I liked your day at work better then mine.
Thanks for the pics.

But hey, you didn't get 14" of fluffy snow yesterday! There were snowmobiles racing down the street-catch me if you can Coppuh!

I think I'll stick with Wave Runners, thanks Jeff. :-)

How's the All In One Zaino doing?

Brian -

Looks like a lot less snow this year compared to last year.

Oh not to worry Glenn, we've got plenty! We got another foot Monday.

We have, however, had a couple of warm days and rain storms thrown into the mix this year so there's not quite as much buildup.

Ahem, I believe we have thread spoilage here. Please correct the photo to include a beverage Brian. :D

Time to resurrect lunch... No feet or bikinis though. Just boats. Bummer... Here's George HW (#41) Bush's go-fast meandering past the house this noon shadowed by the Secret Service. He's a frequent sight here fishing for stripers.

We got a visit from this guy (gal, actually....her name is Popeye -- a one-eyed seal that is the mascot here at Friday Harbor) at the dockside seafood market:
