I drove through there on the 7th of June after being told the place had been overrun by squatters and was a mess!

Well, the islander who said that hasn't been there lately. There were one two campsites being used on the former Lundborg property. Each were neat and clean with travel trailers. I suspect they are both victims of the housing foreclosure mess.

There are strips of property on either side of Lundborg's property which have renters with trailers, etc. Although some of them may use illegal drugs, they did not appear to be squatters or such. I saw no one who lives out of there car as happened before.

It appears that the bank which owns Lundborg's is making an effort to keep people off of the property: the ramp to access the land from the dock has been removed; there is a locked chain across the launch ramp; and the power and water have been shut off.
