Marina recommendation for Pt Pleasant

I plan to go down to Pt. Pleasant this weekend with the boat (26' SeaRay) this weekend, July 1st - 3rd.
Are there any marinas within reasonable walking distance to the boardwalk?
I've been to Belmar many times but never been to Pt. Pleasant. I've heard of Clarks Landing but I don't really know anything about it.
It's just my wife and I so wouldn't need any amenities for kids (read that: party atmosphere is ok).

Clarks Landing would be a decent walk to the boardwalk. However, it's a nice marina and one of the larger ones in the area. The closest marina to the boardwalk is Ken's Landing which is on the left as soon as you enter the inlet, but I'm not sure if they have transient slips. Other marinas to try are Southside Marina, Canyon River Club & Marina, and Garden State Marina. All of them are within walking distance to the boardwalk. Other than that you would have to stay on the other side of the Manasquan River and cross the bridge to get to Pt. Pleasant and the boardwalk.
