Marine Battery Wet or Gell cell?

Got a dumb question for ya folks. Was wondering how one would determine if their marine battery is a wet or dry cell? Reason I ask is because I bought trickle charger, and it has a selector for Wet, Gel, or AGM.

I have the Exide Nautilaus Marine Maintainence Free Batteries.
