Math help

My slide rule is my shepard, I shall not want. Yea though I walk through the valley of fear of pop quizzes I shall fear no professor for my slide rule is with my. His log scales and trig scales they comfort me. -------------------- and so forth.

I bought a pickett (sp?) because it was metal and would not wear out :D. A mistake because the K+E was smoother but the yellow color did improve readability. I was right it is still in working order though it did require some parts at one time. I still have it but better yet I have the fast mental math skills it taught me through endless hours of use, or some of them.
I still think it an amazing invention. Much of the modern world was calculated on them.

Today I use google to do any math stuff I cant do in my head. Truly amazing what it can do.
