MerCruiser mechanic Upper Bay

I have an audio alarm on the starboard engine (MX 6.2 MPI Horizon)that beeps twice every minute or so. All fluids, temps, PSI's check OK. SmartCraft doesn't show any faults/problem. I posted in the mechanical section to no avail. Probably need to have an analyzer plugged in to find the cause. Let me know.

Where are you docked? Long Point Marina on the Bohemia has a good reputation, I haven't had much work done there; but he did rebuild a distributor for me, with NO delay, when no one else wanted to touch it, on a holiday weekend. I don't remember his name, but just talking to him, you knew he was one of those guys that knew what he was doing. I'd start there, assuming you are in that area. On the eastern shore, there aren't a ton of options.

Jim's Marine in Galena. Great guy, fair, great mechanic. He and his wife Tammy run the shop. Have been using him since 2000, with the exception of the current boat which has a volvo. He even got Merc to agree to replace my b-3 on the 2000 when they were resisting generally. Owe, and coincidentally my last boat he took care of was a 3372 with twin 6.2 horizons.
