Milwaukee SummerFest; slip info

[Wet Willie]

We are considering heading up to Summerfest the first weekend it opens. We can stay in that area Friday, 6/27/08 thru Monday, 6/30/08 and are looking for a 35' plus slip with electric and water for (3) nights. If you know that area, please reply with your input and or preferences.

The best place for summerfest is Lakeshore State park Marina opened last year its right across from the fest ph 414-274-4281 I will be there on the 26th I have a corporate event then staying for Stevie Wonder

Mckinley is nice but to far to walk to and from

Hey John,
Thanks for the great tip! What a cute lil' Marina. We stayed thru Monday and despite the few bouts of rain had a wonderful time.I can only handle one day of Summerfest, so what's neat here is being close to so many other things. We even checked out the new "Aquaterium". We are gonna see if we get a slip and make it back for a couple of weekdays of "Festa Itailiano" later this month.
