Minor dock / pole work regulations?

I would call Eileen, she was an old girlfriend and was the best pole handler I ever meet.
Barnacles were not a problem, she could suck them off in a NY minute. Funny thing about her was her abilty to do this on a nmber of poles at one time, yup, she is a multitask girl. Her talent would amaze you, unfofortunetely, I lost her number. I will try to dig it up.
