I noticed that the volt meter on the engine panel reads 13.5 with #1 (house) battery selected and only reads 12.1 with # 2 starting battery selected. (after sitting for a day connected to shore power with charger on). .. so i check for voltage at both dc terminals on the charger, (assuming one side is bad), but i get 13.5 on both charger terminals. Double check the volts at the #2 battery post ...get 12.1... ... the only lead on the #2 battery post is the big one, no small one from the charger... Both charger terminals have red output leads attached.. I have to assume the #2 lead is going somewhere other than the #2 battery... it isn't visually obvious. ... the charger registers current flow with either battery selected. Not sure i checked it with no.2 battery disconnected yet ... i now plan to disconnect all power and all leads from both batteries...pretty sure i'll find some resistance between the #2 charger output and the big number 2 battery lead... i'm just wondering where it is going,,, .... unless someone here can tell me this is normal. ....thanks
