I have a 1993 Johnson outboard 90HP. While it is in my yard I can start and stop it 20 times, but when I put it into the lake and run it for a while it will not shut off. I have to remove the fuel line to stop it. Starts fine just has the shut of problem. Thanks for any help. kenskat1**yahoo.com
