Ken I did BUT I am trying again I think you have to hit the option tab for resizing each time you send a pic.
Thanks again Bob

Ken After you sellect the size there is a SAVE tab that locks it in othewise you have to keep going to options tab and sellecting the size....I am trying the medium size this time. Bob

OK KEN here goes again SMALLER size size matters???? I like the full pictures it made the boat look bigger.
Thanks again Bob

There was an APPLY tab???Lets try that....is this Carver for DUMMIES????

see now you are an expert. We do keep them a little smaller though. Congrats.

60649-R1-05-17A_006.jpg

This my last attempt to go smaller???Early in the morning...late at night gotta keep on doing it until you get it right.
Peter I hope you have the power to erase most of this mess???

60649-R1-05-17A_006.jpg

I promise this is the last try for tonight....I just took 6 sleeping pills. Think small.

Hey Ken...check this out... when I changed the pic size by going to edit it automatically changed all the bigger pics that I had already sent in of that same picture??? So that particullar frame of the stern of the boat have all been made smaller??Is that possible??Bob

LOL, well we now have plenty of pictures of Bob's boat for all to see!!!
I think I'm going to leave this up for awhile in case anyone else can glean
some information from it. Hopefully all of you will be able to share your
Carver and other boating pics with us here on BoaterEd :) !!!

Peter,
Wiser words have never been spoken....OK so I am a little????alot slower than the average watch turtle, but I made it. Rome wasn't built in a day.
NOW as long as we are on the subject of pictures......I personally would rather see your Carver than your shoes and socks. Let me guess you were taking a picture of your boat...you looked down and clicked off the last frame on the film??? As leader of the pack I would rather have you show us the boat. What are those shoes size 7??? The smaller the shoes...the smaller the boat???How do we know you even have a boat....you say its up state????Where Lake Placid???We need proof Peter.
Now that I have opened this door a little help from a few other members with courage would be nice. Be counted dont just sit out there in computerland without joining in....be counted. Rally round the flag people.

Bob: That avatar has a history.
A long time ago Pete had a picture of himself posted but it was so shocking and so misrepresented a decent guy that the supreme forum moderator replaced it with a pix more representative of the actual Pete. The guy next to him in the pix and his entire family were so humiliated in his town and state that he moved from Miami and has been hiding out in NH since.

Bruce, WOW I am so embarassed I could just, just well I could. I accidently ran into this family at Wal-Mart buying Halloween costumes to hide their identity. The family is not fairing well and is in need of medical attension.
I took the liberty of following this family home, they now live in an abandon schoolbus without a trailer hitch.
Perhaps we could get members to donate cash and have Pete????Is it Pete or Feet???Anyway Peter might make restitution by compensating these desitute people.
Keep in touch...together we can overcome this very sad situation.
Bob

ROFLMAO, you guys are killing me...

FYI, the original picture was of me and another RO taken in Feb 2006 (I don't have
the original - he put it online and because I had forgotten to remove my socks when
I changed into my shorts the powers-that-be decided that it should be my signature
picture here on BoaterEd as a commemoration of my fashion faux pas...

I could change it but I decided to leave it be. Can you believe I can't find a picture
of me properly wearing my boat shoes??? On all my pics I'm either barefoot or wearing
sneakers. Oh well. I just bought a new set of crocs this winter - when I wear them
I'll send you a pic of me wearing THOSE...

PS - what's memorable to ME about that 2/2006 picture wasn't my socks, but how
lousy I looked in that photo, and for good reason!
Three weeks later I had a heart attack at age 39!!!
So that almost was one of my last-ever photographs. No wonder I looked
like Hell. I'm much handsomer now though ;)...

notice how he spins the story by omitting any reference to the other guy and his family fleeing to hide out in the frozen north?

HI Bruce,
It is of my opinion and my opinion only that this conversation regarding the shoes and socks VS no Carver boat pictures and the running the poor family off to NH is like beating a dead dog. You might as well walk out into the back yard and talk to a pine tree, better than that you might as well talk to a teenager.
I think this Peter guy is either a politician or a boat salesman..hahaha.
He's talking but saying nothing but diversions.
I am thinking we need to take avasive action....I think he's putting up a 3 story smoke screen.
Here's my offer and I am sticking to it.....If and only Moderator Peter puts a picture of his Carver in the thread "Carver owners count off"" I will join BoatersED and get my little anchor. Now if he wants to take a picture of his shoes/croks and socks with the boat in the background...fine so be it. Now if he doesnt really have a boat he can always go to a marina and take a picture of a Carver and put his boat name "Against All Odds II" on the stern.
Anyway Bruce you are correct his diversionary tactics are masterfull and I believe as dedicated followers of this forum we deserve answers.
Just a quick update on that poor family...I drove by there make shift school bus home today and I could here coughing and sneezing indicating to me that if they dont get medical attension soon...the end could be near.
Sincerely, Bob

"I think this Peter guy is either a politician or a boat salesman..hahaha."

Well I AM a boat salesman, at least part time. Not much of a politician, though,
unless having been Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce counts...

Here's the guy I was standing next to when that photo was taken, who then fled to
New Hampshire:

I'm the guy on the right...

And I just noticed that the oldest pics from the "Count Off" thread don't show up.
So here is a picture of my boat(s), along with my son Jonathan (yes those are tomato plants in front of my dockbox):

Now if you do decide to get that anchor and come check out all the off-limits parts
of BoaterEd such as Not Boating Related, you're really going to be in for some exciting
reading. Both Bruce and I have been known to bring up some heavy subjects over there!!!
