mtc-IV a/c control not working properly

Hi All, the 38 Hatteras that i'm purchasing, the salon unit seems to cool but the control has a mind of it's own and the forward stateroom unit display comes on but gives an II2 error. any thoughts as to what to check or cost to replace controls if that sounds like that issue, etc?

Do you have a copy of the operation manual? Should tell you what that code means and how yo calibrate the controller as well. If you don't have the manual, go online and try to download one
