I live in Arizona, and am looking into the option of a houseboat on Lake Powell. A week long rental is about 6-8k and a share in a nice newer boat can be bought for around 15k give or take. My question is, what should I be aware of? Things to avoid? Anyone with input is appriciated. The ones I am looking at do not live in the water.
