After my last trip my prop fell off and had to be replace. When I went to start the boat again it would not. The engine would turn 1/4 turn then stop. I have pulled the plugs and checked for water in the engine and found none. I did find rust and moisture on the plugs. I try to turn the engine over again and no luck. I tried to turn it by hand and can not move it at all. When i turn the key the engine doesn't turn at all now. Anyone have any ideas? It run great the day i had it out. It did get hot 225 but cooled down at idle speed. I have replaced the impeller. The plugs and oil are new
