My 30 carver sold

I am happy to say I am now a one boat owner. We signed the sales agreement this morning.
We are going to Jacksonville tonight to check out all of the systems and clean it up for the upcoming survey.

I decided to list it with the Broker in Jacksonville. It sold in 2 month from the time it was listed.

The new owner will be very happy with the boat, she served us well. I now look forward to many new good memories on Ocean Maid a 370 Carver Aft Cabin. Now I can put all of my energy on my new to me Carver.

Just a quick note survey will be tomorrow. When I had the diver clean the bottom for my check run he found this little problem. By the way that is not a mid cabin trim tab.
