I am looking for a smaller boat that will be kept on a lift at my dock which is creekside of my house just a few miles off the Pamlico Sound and Neuse River in NC. My boat usage is mostly creek fishing and short cocktail/lunch cruises with guests. I have considered pontoon and deck boats; however, I want something that includes privacy for ladies and older folks like me that must respond more quickly to the urge to pee. That would seem to dictate a Cuddy Cabin configuration. I envision something that could be trailered if desired and one that could seat 6 guests.
Would appreciate some thoughts on the matter.

How about a Deck Boat such as SunDeck or SunDeck Sport, from hurricaneboats.com

If the cuddy you mention is for using the potty only, then these Deck Boats offer more like a "toilet booth" but it's enclosed, private, and quick access. But they offer no shelter but the canvas options.

They have somewhat of a vee hull, but if you want to get into open waters, particularly offshore, then the bigger center consoles have head areas. Walkaround cuddy might be an option but the cabin cuts into seating space. But they'll go offshore. For that I'm thinking Grady or Scout.

Almost all center consoles 21' and above have a porta potty in the console but I can tell you that the one on my 22' isn't all that comfortable. CC 25' to 29" might not be all that bad.

Good luck

A friend bought a new Robalo 18' or 20' CC last year. The head design is unique. Rather than a narrow side entry to the head area, the entire front of the console opens. It's amazingly big, and it's the only brand I've seen that has it.

I had a cuddy cabin 21' because the wife wanted a potty. The cabin was a waste of space the potty almost never used. Buy a deck boat with a potty enclosure.

If you want a little bit of a cabin and enclosed head, you can check of the 260 annd 280 Formula's. No problem for 6 in either cockpit

You'll get a lot of good suggestions here. You'll probably get better suggestions if you indicate a budget.

Interesting suggestions so far and I am reviewing. My previous boat was a Beneteau Antares 9.8 at a new price range of 200K plus. I don't want to go the new boat route with the next purchase, but open to anything up to the 100K range. I definitely need to downsize but but need some of the above discussed refinements. One of the very interesting prospects I have come across is the Beneteau Barracuda 7 which is a walk around with an enclosed center console arrangement. . . 50k +7 k shipment from England. I'd like something in this category.
