Need Bow Rail Repair

Anyone out there knows someone that can repair damaged bowrails? Please help. I am in Miami area.
 
i had minor damage years ago after TS Irene, it was repaired by a welder on the River... cant'remeber the name though. is it just railing or do you also have any damage at the base like craked fiberglass ?
 
Two vertical posts were damaged. Only one screw slightly out where the base started to pull. No fiberglass damage.

I do not know of anyone that repairs railing but I am going to repair a fairly deep ding in my railing by cutting a 3" long section and replacing it with a same diameter stainless section. If it comes out right and looks good, Ill let you know.
Can your damaged sections be removed or are they part of the existing railing?
 
jmas, the two vertical stanchions would have to be cut just below the horizontal railing and a new section welded in. I was able to get a welder that only repairs railings on boats to go out and give me an estimate (this Sat.). He was referred to me by my mechanic. The guy has portable equipment and will repair on site.
