OldMariner - The short answer is that I didn't know it existed. It didn't show up in any of my searches and this is the first I've heard of it from the forum. It looks to be a very nice place. I'm sure the James River is a nice place to play around in, but I am looking forward to being a short hop from the bay. Who knows, maybe when my lease runs up I'll change my mind...
