Need to re-upholster

My seats are tearing, do I get replacements with the Sea Ray writing in it(if its even possible) or do they just upholster over it? Anyone have to get this done? Where and how?

A friend just had all his cockpit seating reupholstered by Paul's 631-586-2623 they are in Bayshore. He brought all the seats to him and got a great job at a reasonable price.

Do you know if the Sea Ray emblems on the seats are preserved or do they just omit them? Just curious about that...
