what's with those black fins on the hardtop, looks like a cartoon bird...

defintely a cold weather boat... unlike one's idea of boating is being locked inside an Air con'd cabin all the time. I know it has a big sun roof but that's useless in hot climate as not enough air won't come in.

I booked a ride for August with my dealer. Real interesting boat from the article in Boattest.com

Can't you picture this boat in the next James Bond movie? It actually looks kind of similar to the one in the latest film. Not sure what that boat was.

Ah, just fingured out that the boat in Casino Royale was a Sunseeker Predator 108. This boat kind of looks like a baby version of it, but I'd guess it's not nearly as expensive!

Pascal, you mean you don't enjoy a hot cup of coffee served with breakfast by a scantly clad (married Lady) on a broiling hot morning while underway from a fully airconditioned lower Helm?
Then I suggest you're not using your boat to it's full potential :)

let's just put it this way... I can't enjoy the situation you describe if we're underway.

sure a cool cabin is great on a hot day, but i enjoy the breeze, the sun, etc... and good ventilation is important to me during the day. come night time, sure... AC comes on.

cool looking boat....it's HOT here in Texas....there are times I've taken the boat out without running the genset...but typically if the boat goes out the genset is running (icemaker and A/C or heat - I love winter boating)....the admiral insists on an air-conditioned cabin...sometimes it's nice to get out of the heat, sure, I've got a nice, large bimini, but there are times when it is just bloody HOT...and you've been in the water enough....A/C is great!
