I found a new Fuel Dock on my way to Tices over the weekend. at Marker 39 bear right and follow the channel markers in C&C Marine just opened up a new fuel dock 93 octane new pumps and a clean tank!!They are right on the edge of the bay. They even have a small ship store and service. Great guys!!
 
I think ob3127 is talking about the old Rinderer's......by land it is on Sloop Creek Road in Bayville....I can see the marina from my window as I type.....
 
West side of Bay at the end of Sloop Creek. There is no problem with Water Getting to the gas dock 4'or more inside the markers right to the gas dock. The place is getting fixed up pretty nice they plan on redoing the docks and yard but have one of the nicest shops around for repairs, fully stocked with mercruiser parts
