Hi everyone. I just bought a 91 Reinell 19' with the OMC 4.3 inboard. I brought it out to Castaic lake Saturday and put it on the water for 9 hours. It did great, had no problems at all. When I put it back on the trailer I cranked it to the two rubber wheels on the front of the trailer and strapped the back down, however I forgot to clip the little safety and it moved back about an inch. So the front of the boat isnt being supported by those two little rubber wheel things. At home I tried to crank it back closer but it just looked to pull the boat straight down onto the trailer, and not foward so I let it be before I broke anything. Is that going to be a problem until I get it in the water again? Or can it stay an inch or so off of those wheels? Also, are you not supposed to crank it while its out of the water? I was thinking of maybe dropping the trailer tounge to the ground and then cranking so gravity would help, but I thoguht I'd ask you guys.
Thanks in advance!! -Chris
