It's about time I got access. It got frustrating being able to read the posts and not being able to respomd. Anyway, I'm out of the water today and I'm not happy about it. I figured it was time since my bird bath was ice this morning.
 
I am. I'm over at the legendary SPBM. I guess I'm in the minority as I have been ther for 15 years and am very happy there.

I have been at SPBM since '96 and I like the place also. I was hoping there was one other person that shared my opinion and there is. I'm not alone any more.
 
Hank welcome I'm glad you got through all the tests and were allowed in:)
I'm sure it will be worth the wait. You and Ken are not alone I have been at SPBM for 10 years and I'm still happy and plan to return.
Is this the latest that you have stayed in? If you need any help completing winterizing let me know I should have some time tomorrow, that is if I can figure out my new phone it my drive me to drink.

Isn't it interesting though that of the "3 people that like the place" only one winters there?

Thanks Dave. Will probably be up there later this afternoon. Since boats inside, I can still sit on the back and have a cup of coffee and a cigar. With the new partners coming in, all the nay sayers will be on the outside looking in. :)

Funny yes, but what if it actually happens it would make my day:) No I'm not holding my breath.
 
When Wayne took over, I got a brand new cement dock, new fingers and lighting and the place was cleaned up, the restaurant was upgraded and the pool went from a yearly fee to free. Perfect....no. Upgraded...absolutely. I'm not holding my breath either but I have to say, I was also considering leaving and shopped around and if you take all the emotion out of it, it's by far the best marina in the area.

You mean "second best" - as we all know, PennyBridge is heads and shoulders above the rest!
 
So this new investor isn't going to want any return on his investment? Will the prices be going up soon?
