I sold my 26 foot payliner project, just too big for my needs, on ebay, 45 min later I bought this. Been talking to the owner, boat was sunk, pulled out of the water, johnson 150 wasnt on it, he just mounted her on there, engine runs good with good compression, where to start.
my plan was to strip all the hardware and everything else of the hull, new bottom paint, and put her back together.
I have no idea what I'm doing with the controls, I need to buy new gauges and a stearing wheel, any recomendations?
Someone post a proper plan of attack.
