New Sea Ray 750

It sure looks like a take off of the Marquis 50SC? I'm guessing the market is a lot better/stronger when you get into the Multi-Millions of dollar boats. If you're looking at a new 75 footer I'll bet you're pretty insulated from the daily economy...As long as Bernie Madoff isn't your Fund Manger :)

It certainly does have a Marquis look to it, and that's not a bad thing. I do know that Marquis is working on an 88 footer for 2011, and 100+ for 2012.

at least they dropped that silly reverse shear...

aft deck and bridge is a little small for a 75 footer, probably because they pushed the FB so far aft.

overall not bad looking though...

It's not bad, but it looks to me like just about every other Euro-designed (inspired) vessel of similar size. Reminds me most of an Azimut, not a Sea Ray.

The statements from Brunswick/Sea Ray are "forward looking". I'll believe it when I see it. I'm betting that it will be long in the future, if at all. Brunswick traded, last I looked, at $2.80 down from about $19.00 a year ago and $32.00 two years ago.

The side big side window in the hull is too close to the water.
Accidentally smack a piling and things can get wet.

Those big side windows down low always scare me? What if you're caught in a serious storm and fall of the crest of a big wave onto your side? I don't think those windows would hold up under the force of a a 10+ foot drop right onto your side?

lol... if you're dropping off a 10' wave on your side, you're going to have a lot of issues anyway... do you think the engines will stay in place?

i've never been a big fan of those large windows down low but it's pretty much a standard feature on large boats nowadays... hpefully they get it right. pilings should be taken care off by the rub rail, issue may be docks with sharp corners.
