I've been thinking about replacing my 7 year old and noisy water pump with one of the new constant demand types. Any suggestions and should I remove the pressure tank?

I'd move the post over to the engines and plumbing forum... These searay guys dont know how to fix anything ... all they do is open there wallets for there overpriced boats.....
