NJ. Boaters and the 4th of July

Anyone heading out for the 4th and where? we are heading to Toms River with four other boats for the night.

Toms River. Spending the night in the cove

I was planning on being in the Toms River on 7/4 for the fireworks show. The weather turned out to the cloudy with drizzle and rain. With the wind blowing strong out of the south it made the bay choppy with white caps. Decided to abort the trip to the river. At the last minute we drove the car down to the north shore of the river and watched the fireworks from there. As soon as the fireworks ended it started pouring rain and rained most of the night. Fireworks were nice, but I was glad we weren't out on the boat.
