I was reading Yachting mag and came across an ad for National Marine Manufacturers Association. First time I had heard of this organization. My understanding is they rate manufacturers for their boats safety and construction. Is this a rating I should concerned with when looking for a boat. Also, I noticed on their web site that Navigator is not rated. I have a 2004 Navigator 480 pilothouse which I bought new. Should I be concerned that Navigator is not rated? Anybody have any experience with Navigator? I love my boat. it handles great and have had no issues with it but have never had much luck finding any reviews for it.
