Long time ago eh? Most of the rental skiff companies are long gone. Not many left...I remember fishing for Fluke as a kid and all the fishing was done in bays. Nowdays, the boats are more capable and ocean fishing has given us the ability to catch larger Fluke more often. Last year you had to cull thru 20 fish to get a keeper (19.5")...with the size raised to 20.5" it will be even tougher...
