On my 96' Merc 454's the starboard engine is not pumping fuel to the carb. based on pulling the fuel line and trying to start the engine. Very very little fuel came out as compared to the one that works on the port engine.
I entend to replace the fuel pump but what is the condition where you actually see fuel in the inspection tube? I thought it is when the diaphram needs to be replace on the fuel pump??
