That might just have convinced me...
 
I knew you were close to the tipping point. They will even heat the docks in the winter and chill them for you in the summer
 
If only the walk to the docks was less than 1/4 mile...
 
You pay to walk at the gym they don't charge extra at the marina:)
 
The worst was when I would get there early afternoon and have to park over near SS3. Then lug stuff down to the end of green dock north! UGH.
 
I pull up front and unload and if I have a lot, I let the dock boys take it down for me. I paced it off once and it was almost exactly double my walk when I ws at SPBM. The walk never bothers me.

SPBM does have good points, a shorter walk to your boat. I'm wondering how much damage the ice will do to everyone's docks this winter. I hear it's pretty bad. There are 2 CG icebreakers working continuosly from Bear Mountain to Albany so I have been told. If any one can take a look let us know how the docks and pilings are doing.
