I'm replacing the oil pan on my 5.7L Mercruiser. It's a one piece silicon rubber gasket. Do I need to use any sealent. The way the manual reads it seems like it doesn't and it seemed like the old one didn't have any on it. The two piece calls for sealent. I just want to be sure before I reinstall the motor.
