Opinions on the Carver 360 Sport Sedan (2003-2005)

I have been looking at the Carver 360 Sport Sedan (not the Super Sport, due to LOA), model years 2003 to 2005.

Is it seaworth in coastal waters (calm to fair conditions)? I have concerns with the engine access from inside the cabin. Should I be? How is the noise inside while under way at cruise speed?

Any other opinions on good, bad or otherwise would be very appreciated.
