Seen a few of those moments where they end of on the Galveston jetties.
 
Hopefully pulled off the beach without too much damage. But what the heck?
 
I totally get that unsupervised autopilot makes sh!t like this happen, but for chrissakes there's a person on the flybridge....how the hell do you not notice that and be like "oh sh!t, we're headed right for the beach, that can't be good"
