Just got back from our annual two week trip out east. Stopped at Branford, Norwich, Mystic, Block and Port Jeff.
We had perfect weather, no fog at all and flat seas. Ate awesome food and drank great beers.
I had my injections replaced before we went and the boat ran better than ever.
Very little diesel soot, and ran smoother.
Went to Mohegan Sun in Norwich and won some money. It is incredible! American Wharf has a decent restaurant and a nice pool, but not much in the surrounding area.
Mystic is always fun, and the Daniel Packet Inn always serves wonderful food.
Champlins is slowly upgrading. The restaurant by the pool has been taken over by Kimberlys restaurant and the food is outstanding. We ate a couple of dinners there, and had lunch there too.
First time to Winfields and it was great.
Had lunch at the OAR several times.
Their sushi is great as are their rum punches.
Haynes donuts were excellent!
Claiming was great, but you need to go to town hall now to get your license.
Put 22 hours on the engines.
